CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Rooms not occupied by 22:00 will be considered as a no-show and will be charged a 100% for the entire payment made and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-convertible unless prior arrangement has been made.
- For reservations, we always require 50% downpayment, any payments made are non-refundable but allowed for one-time rebooking but not on holidays and peak seasons.
- If your reservation dates fall on peak season, a 100% charge for the entire period reserved will be incurred regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
